Admissions
Our school is a Voluntary Aided school, which means that the allocation of places is decided by our governors in accordance with our Admissions Policy (see link below).
Applications for places in Reception each year should be made to Surrey County Council. You can click here for a link. If you are applying under the faith criteria, please also complete a Supplementary Information Form available below or from the school office and return it directly to us.
Places are allocated in accordance with our current Admissions Policy, available for download below, which has details of our over subscription criteria which apply if we receive applications for more than the 60 places we can currently offer in each year group. The total capacity of the school is 420 pupils.
Please click on the links below to download an Admissions policy.
Should a place not be offered, parents have the right of appeal to an independent Appeal Panel. Our school uses the Surrey Schools Appeals Service which is run by Surrey County Council. You can find details of how to lodge an appeal by clicking here and details of the Appeals timetable can be found on the document attached below.
In Year Applications
If you are looking for a place during the year, please call the school office for details of vacancies (01306 883547). We will ask you to complete an In-Year Application form (IYA-SCCCMA) available to download here from the Surrey CC website, in addition to the Supplementary Information Form which you can find below. Once we have been notified by Surrey County Council that they have received your application, we will write to you within 10 school days if possible, but 15 at the latest to notify you of the result. If we are not able to offer a place we will inform you of the reasons for refusal and give details of your right to appeal. You will be able to join the waiting list for the current academic year. Waiting lists are cleared at the end of each academic year and if you would like your child's name to remain on the waiting list for subsequent academic years you will need to reapply to Surrey County Council Admissions using the In-Year Application form, available to download above.
