This week we are starting a series of 15 lessons with ideas and resources to help you with your transition to secondary school.

Hopefully you will have received your Smart Moves student book in the post. This will be where you will be doing most of the work for these sessions.

I have also attached the teacher workbook and student book (these should not be needed for the lesson) as they may give your parents/carers some more information about the lessons.
